this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Who says he may have played in his last game? He tried all night to miss a effin' extra point and then finally missed that field goal ... I give him until mid-week. (And I actually like him)...

Re: Carney
Yeah the pain on Payton's face during all of his kicks was evident.

Re: Carney
Like I said many times before, there's a reason why Payton has kept Hartley on the roster for this long.

Re: Carney
Loomis and Payton need to start using Hartley or start looking for someone to replace him. Carney will cost us in the playoffs if he stays on the team

Re: Carney
Yeah waiting to see him on the waiver wire tomorrow. As much as Payton cuts Kickers when they miss and rightfully so. Big game and everyone making plays and performing an you blow a simple kick. I mean c'mon really? All you have to do is kick the freakin ball. Everyone else on the team would have had excuses, "well its the Pats", "they are a good team" ect ect. But really???

Re: Carney
I've said for years that I think he is a betting man, and possibly on a Vegas payroll. He tries to shave points all the time and make it look like it's close. I first noticed this the year he missed the PAT on the miracle kickoff return.
