Roster Churning

Look for the Saints to churn the roster several times throughout the season by signing and releasing players depending on matchups/needs and of course injuries. Some of the players who made the final cutdown to open the season on the 53 man roster won't be on the team throughout the year. At least one player will be cut the monday following the Seahawks game as the team will have to make room for Rodgers return. It is also probable that the team will sign a RB on the same day and activate to the roster which will require releasing another player. Trading one of our backup linemen or tight ends may still happen which will free up space on the roster. Expect news on this each week as the season unfolds.
