Re: Darren Sharper's production put into perspective
Darren Sharper has had the biggest impact on our defense. Bringing Greer in and Porter returning from his wrist injury certainly upgraded our secondary, but Sharper is making everyone around him better. I also think that Gregg Williams has had a lot to do with Sharpers resurgence. What a great leader on our defense.

Re: Darren Sharper's production put into perspective
Just sayin'?
Comparing him to WR's, thats suppose to be perspective, really??? Greg Williams gets all the credit first and foremost. Not one player on that D deserves credit until Greg Williams gets his due. Then pass out the D player pat on the backs. It all has to do with Greg putting players in positions to make plays. Darren Sharper is a beast out there and thriving in this D set up by Greg Williams. |

Re: Darren Sharper's production put into perspective
OK I know Sharper was supposed to be just a band aid for this season I may be wrong but doesn't he just have a 1 year contract....but I for 1 really want to see him resign in the offseason or maybe sign an extension before season ends!
