Meh, people are fooling themselves if they think that the fascination started because this guy "had not given up hope when all hope was lost."
That was an afterthought. Cheering when your team is down by 17 but is driving the ball is optimistic. Cheering when your team is down by 7 in the final couple of minutes and just gave up a huge play indicates that you have probably had too much to drink. |
