Gumbeau nailed it. This team may lose a game in the last 3 regular season games if they come out too flat against a team that is playing with intensity and get too far behind to catch up (like almost happened in Washington), but they will turn it back on for the playoffs whether at home or on the road. Having Porter, Greer, and Fujita back would be a nice bonus, but the main thing is to get the intensity back in the pass rush.

The Cowboys game is like a SB game. Dallas must win it.

If the Saints can't win it, it's a bad sign they aren't getting better every
week. Playing better every week in December is absolutely key to
advancing in the playoffs.

I'll agree with that spkb25, I also feel better knowing we have played lights out in all of our big/nationally-featured games.

And most of our worst games were played after being on the road 2 games in a row.

Re: 13-0 Is Nice, But...

ill be honest and not flaming you Sir, but our team has been playing up to par, yet i can see that we are sloppy... But for some odd reason i have a feeling that GW is not giving us his "best" D package. i feel that hes saving it for playoffs. it seems taht GW has been a tad bit conservative.. or... charles and will havent been rushing good enough.. i feel big SEd isnt even giving his all.. haven't heard hardgrove as well.. maybe its me but idk i feel our Dline is dinged up already.... as for our corners we really need to tackle effieciently.. they were comparing our defense with the colts and they said that the colts are a better tackling D. i hope that puts into mind the idea that we need to improve our tackling.. its evident that it has to be improved..
