What's on the menu for Saturday?

For those of you watching the game at home...what's cooking?

Just picked up a 30# box of snow crab legs and 6# of shrimp for frying.

Of course, if things don't go our way, I will dump all the shrimp tails and crab tails into the first vehicle I see in the mall parking lot sporting Dallas Cowboys decor.:pokechop:

I have some vache langue that I need to cook up. I may make a nice gravy, pour it over rice with a few giblets and the langue. Yum.. I can smell it now.

I'll be watching the game at Rabb's Steakhouse in Ruston, LA (on the bar side, of course). I'm sure I'll be partaking in a ribeye with and a stuffed potato.

You don't cook them in that New Orleans style barbecue mix. I can't think of what it's called but it's good stuff. That Hurricane mix makes great drinks too!!!

We'll be serving carnitas and carne asada tacos. Also shrimp and jalapeno quesadillas.
After the Chargers whip the Bengals... we'll be hanging in the parking lot to watch the Saints beat the Cowgirls.

Picked up a bottle of white zin for the wife and will stop for some brewskis tomorrow. Shame I can only buy Abita in cases around here - with the baby running around it would take me 4 months to chew through a case LOL...

You planning on watching the replay? The Saints game is Saturday night. You'll be waiting in that parking lot for quite a while. :p

Hey Sky, you ever stopped off of the loop in Lake Charles at the Market Basket and picked up some of their smoked boudin? Man that's some good stuff!

They actually served Babineaux Pot Pie in the Georgia Dome last week, but it was made with real pot.

man, I didnt know Market Basket went that far East, thanks. I'm going out of my way to eat stuff that sucks today, so I wont eat much of it, so I'll have room for what I'm
going to eat and drink tomorrow night.

Wouldnt surprise me if we catch some redfish tomorrow afternoon prior to the game. Hows that for a perfect day. Well, I guess I gotta ask the Lady to top off the day with perfection.

This is me being a good boy. :-D

Nelson road exit off of the loop. Go south on Nelson and it is on your left about 1/2 to 1 mile. They got all kinds of good meats. Jalapeno and garlic smoke sausage, both the fresh and smoked boudin. The butcher told me they normally go through 800 lbs a day of smoked boudin. Damn, now I made myself hungry!

KFC.... hahahaha....

well I ate too damn much..... DRANK too much. good grief, ZachStrief, I woke up at 4am, with the nastiest tasting acid refulx ever, tasted like somebody drank gasoline, puked it up, ate it again, and **** it down my throat. Nastiest taste ever. I'm done. no more for me!

whoops, sorry. Think I might have ruined some appetites there.

Anyway, I quit eating and I'm on The Wagon.
