What's on the menu for Saturday?
For those of you watching the game at home...what's cooking?
Just picked up a 30# box of snow crab legs and 6# of shrimp for frying. Of course, if things don't go our way, I will dump all the shrimp tails and crab tails into the first vehicle I see in the mall parking lot sporting Dallas Cowboys decor. |

I have some vache langue that I need to cook up. I may make a nice gravy, pour it over rice with a few giblets and the langue. Yum.. I can smell it now.

I'll be watching the game at Rabb's Steakhouse in Ruston, LA (on the bar side, of course). I'm sure I'll be partaking in a ribeye with and a stuffed potato.
