Good Game Saints.
I had posted a thread prior to the game thinking we'd lose this one. And there for a second it looked like you'd come back and have a chance to tie when Suisham missed it, but we took it for the win.
Good luck the rest of the way. |

Re: Good Game Saints.
......i wish it were true
so many things flying through my head right now to post a quality response to this thread......but i still hate the cowboys.....and even if we lose the next 2 games.....i still dont think the cowboys will make the playoffs.......they almost lost to a team that only played 1 qtr worth of football we outscored dallas 14 to nothing in the 4th qtr and only scored 3 points the entire rest of the game.....dallas choked bad and if new orleans would've tried a little harder for 15 more seconds we would've won this game |

Re: Good Game Saints.
Not to take anything away from the Cowboys D, which played very well, and their O which at least didn't turn the ball over....but were it not for a dropped easy TD pass, an underthrown TD pass by Drew, or any number of other meltdowns, this game is a whole different onion.
The proper thread would be "good game Cowboys, terrible game Saints." Cowboys played well, but in order to beat the Saints it took the Saints to play like crap too. |

Re: Good Game Saints.
Our O line left Drew on his heels all game not to mention missed blocking assignments. Give the Cowboys credit they studied us well and stuck to their game plan. Also our D is not stopping anyone we give up way to many points. One of the few mistakes Dallas made was with that missed FG no turnovers for them.

I have to agree on Ware. What the hell was that? I'm starting to think he was never
hurt at all. He certainly didn't look like it. I've sprained my neck before too, and I couldn't turn my head for three weeks! Very suspicious indeed. Must have took a cortizone shot before the game. |

Re: Good Game Saints.
Dallas outplayed the Saints in a game they had to have. The Saints turned the ball over and didn't get any turnovers. Overall, in the big scheme of things, I think, I hope, this loss may work in the Saints favor.

Re: Good Game Saints.
They beat us and we beat us. There wasn't much to look at in this game and call "good".
