Re: We Played One Quarter and Almost Won
I hope so. The attempted comeback at the end was something...when Folk missed that FG I really thought it was going to happen again: just like the Skins game...but luck only goes so far.
D needs to get healthy and hopefully that was the worst Brees will do this year. Need to win the next two and lock up HFA. |

Re: We Played One Quarter and Almost Won
I love Williams, but it really seems like the last 4 games he's been sand bagging the 1st half. I don't know if he wants to see what the offense is going to do 1st or if he just doesn't want to show what he wants to do until the 2nd half, when it's too late to make adjustments. But that plan requires the offense to match point-for-point until the defense "turns it on" in the 2nd half. Bottom line, defense needs start much stronger in the 1st half. We'll see either the Eagles, Cards, or these cowboys in our 1st playoff game. We can't keep spotting teams 14 points.

i read an article where williams admitted hes been dropping more back to help with the loss of our corners, we'll be fine when we get healthy and we'll see more pressure.

You guys amaze me. That's how I know how long u have been true saints fans. We SUCKED tonite. In every fascet of the game. This is where the true saints fans step up. Its not all wins, and roses, its stepping up when the chips are down. We blew chunks tonite, in every facet. No positives from this loss. We sucked. Completely. And if brees wants an mvp, then he needs to show it. He sucked completely tonite.
