Saints are lucky to be 13-1
Yes I think they are the class of the NFC and probably the NFL(talent-wise). Lately we have played a ton of close games. Biggest culprit is most probably injuries. RBs, Receivers, Tight-Ends, Defensive Line, Offensive Line, Secondary(both corners and safeties), doesn't matter what position you pick(except QB) we have some injuries and guys just stepping back onto the field. We get that sorted out and a big portion of our problems are alleviated. People have been asking whether the Colts and the Saints should rest their starters once they clinched everything. Well the truth is that the Saints have been resting people for weeks(involuntarily) .

Let's all breathe in a heavy reallity check. We not only don't need your sympathy, or observations, we are completely ok with losing tonite. Next week the bucs will be on the butt end of our redemption. We must claim the face of victory. We must claim the face of glory. Drew? If u want to shut the doubters up, then there is no other alternative. Win, or fail. That's the only choice u have.

Re: Saints are lucky to be 13-1
we are not "lucky to be 13-1"
WE ARE 13-1 with the 2nd best record in the entire league.....with the motivation to win out and a QB who is not going to settle for anything less this is a team that nobody wants to play now......dont wake a sleeping giant......it'll get up and crush you |
