I believe it. When I went to a game back in the early 90s, it was loud but didn't seem as loud as it is today. I can't remember what season it was but I think you guys started out at 8-0 and played the Falcons in the playoffs. Go figure, it was a Saints/Falcons game and then I really understood that rivalry. |

This I can agree with. That is not the reason I came here. Though you can't blame San Diego fans for having ill feelings towards the Mannings. That's just being human. Though I'm glad they did that... because for that we got one of the top 3 best QBs in the league, a Pro Bowl linebacker (hope he gets healthy), and one of the best kickers in the league. Being 2-0 against Sheli doesn't hurt the situation either. With that said, I'm going to request... don't get me started on the Mannings. If you want to talk about Archie's career with the Saints, that's cool but please leave Sheli and the 2004 draft out of it. Thank you. |
