No Worries
Guys,
The streak is over and along the way the Saints became the first team to win their first 13 games. Oh sure it wasn't fun watching the Cowboys, who I can't stand, frustrate the offense and rip through the defense. But seriously, this is the NFL. For everyone seriously shaken, please get a hold of yourselves. Would you rather be a Saints fan right now or Cowboys? Dallas isn't going anywhere and they had one good game. Peyton is no idiot. People who have been missing up until now will be back for the playoffs especially on Defense. The Saints are also only one game away from locking up home field throughout the playoffs b/c that Panthers beat the Vikings. Again, are the Panthers better than the Vikings? Well on one night they beat them but are they a better team? No not even close. This is the NFL, the last game is the one that matters. That one will be in Miami. |

But I think that the Panthers may indeed be better than the Vikings. |

I see 14-2 as our finishing record and the #1 seed. This is because we're going to rest 1/2 the team against Carolina and more than likely lose. I can take it. Just beat the Bucs in the dome and it's on.

Re: No Worries
Actually the Saints should still try to win the last game with the second team. 15-1 has a sweet ring. The 1985 Bears were 15-1 and they dominated in the playoffs. I know that's wishful thinking, but hey!

Re: No Worries
I don't think the Saints dominate like the 85 Bears.

Matt Moore was pretty impressive last night. With another good WR to take the pressure off Steve Smith (Dwayne Jarrett is NOT it) and their D, that team could be really good. |

Re: No Worries
Beating the Cowgirls would have been good for sentimental reasons but it really has very little to do with accomplishing your main goal.
