We've had a hard time with injuries too... mostly on our defense. Losing our Pro Bowl DT (Jamal Williams) and our Pro Bowl center (Nick Hardwick) in week one was rough. In fact, we've been through four DTs and now three centers this season.

I hope the bye week dose well for both teams!!!

proves my point even more. Chargers are playing better right now.

Yes, they're 14-0... I get that. BUT they just barley escaped an upset to the Jaguars. Bengals are much better than the Jaguars and so are the Cowgirls.

Its a good argument. I think we would be close to even but we have more depth in the running game

Yeah, but records mean nothing when you play. No one gets spotted points bc they are 13-1.

It's all about matchups for Payton and how he can exploit them. When healthy, we have the advantage.

I don't know what the obsession with the Chargers is around this site but it is getting sickening to me.

I think it is time to address those who keep talking about the "classless" move Eli made back in '04. Essentially you are calling Archie out when you smack Eli for his decision. It was Archie's advice to Eli...not something Eli just pulled out of thin air. There was history.

I was in SoCal during the draft that involved Peyton and Leaf, and there were some pretty harsh comments made regarding Peyton, his ability to play football, and the Mannings in general...and it was all to justify their decision not to move up to get Peyton and to stay put and draft Leaf. That's the kind of organization Archie was trying to advise his kid to stay away from if all possible.

It really irks me that people go around saying, "He is dissing the NFL when he decides he doesn't want to play for whoever drafts him." I call "BS" on you people, because you know in your heart that if you are in a position to call the shots in your career, you are going to do it and you are not going to worry about what other people think about your decision, because, after all, it is you who has to go-on living your life.
