Re: Reggie finally get it?
As well as everyone else. At the same time, I want him to have the same fire he had his 1st two seasons. Reggie Bush is indeed a matchup-killer (go back to that Rams game: 6 carries, 83 yards)

Re: Reggie finally get it?
Guys, I get what you are all saying about Reggie Bush. Yes, he is good enough to warrant maybe 15 carries a game. The only problem is the minute that happens he gets injured. The way he is playing 15 carries would be ideal, unfortunately dude just doesn't hold up well to that type of workload. It's really a shame because he does cause major issues for opposing defenses.

Re: Reggie finally get it?
This is the best time for him to get it right. Lets get our defense on track and we're good

Re: Reggie finally get it?
that well may be the senario that payton wants to dial up in the playoffs. but like matthew t says his workload may be his dimise 15 carries probably his max. anything more leads to injury and what I noticed and feared the most is FUMBLES. when he tried to be the man in the backfield, that 20 or more touchs led to failure to hold the ball , i don't know if his body just gets tired or mentally fatiqued , but he definitly not all day like they say in minnosota

Yeah, he popped his hamstring, just running by himself the other day. The injuries have killed him, since he came into the league. If he could stay completely healthy just one full season, I would like to see what he can accomplish. I guess that's easier said than done in his position.

Re: Reggie finally get it?
You know, I think opponents are beginning to forget he's there. This will be a good thing.
Overall, I think Reggie may have lost a step, due to his injuries. Im not seeing him outrunning the world like before, but he has adjusted by switching to a slashing Tony Dorsett type running style. I dont know if he's gonna continue to be a walking highlight reel, but he looks to be more consistent and steady. Personally, I miss the dancing, juking highlight reel runs. wazzup, Lynwood? |
