Not good, definitely violates NFL conduct policy. We'll see how bad the suspension is and when he serves it. Payton is not very tolerant of bad apples so he may not be back next year anyway. At least he did not cause an accident or hurt anyone in the process.

One of the guys I patrolled with stopped Allen Iverson's Bentley doing over 100 mph in a 65 mph zone. But HE was smart enough to have one of his buddies do the driving, so no foul on him.

You'd think that these knuckleheads making all of that money (and their crews hanging around) would let someone sober do the driving. No sympathy here. What an asshat!

Amazingly dumb. I don't know for the life of me why players, or anyone else for that matter, puts themselves in these type of situations. With all that money please hire a driver!!! If you don't have that type of money then go to your nearest 7-Eleven and load up for the night, and keep your butt home. As much as I love to guzzle beer, I make sure to have more than I can possibly drink in the fridge, no sense in busting 9 or 10 and having to make a beer run.
