Pat Williams Interview

We need to duplicate the effort on Favre that we had on Warner. WARNER&FAVRE= FROM THE SUPER DOME TO THE NURSING HOME |

Re: Pat Williams Interview
I don't care what Fat Williams says. They couldn't contain Jay Cutler, what makes them think they're going to stop us?

Re: Pat Williams Interview

Funny how that one slipped by him. |

Re: Pat Williams Interview
Exactly. The relevance of the Cowboys win versus us is equally as important as the Cardinals ass whooping of them. Shows on our mediocre day a good defense can give us problems and it shows on their mediocre day a good offense will give them problems. Dallas didn't get our A game unfortunately and Arizona did not get their either. Teams can and will throw up a crap effort at times and lose momentum early on a couple of key miscues.
I have no doubt our best effort can be as good or better than anyone out there. I think Sean Payton is a better coach and play caller than Childress, I think Gregg Williams is a better defensive coordinator than Leslie Frazier. Player for player I think we have as many one on one advantages as they do on us. I think it comes down to the game plan, smart coaching decisions and an added advantage of home field which forces some inopportune false starts or time outs they did not want to use. I expect one hell of a game though. |

Re: Pat Williams Interview
Chris Carter is a Vikings homer. He'd pick them to beat the 72 Dolphins every week.
I can't wait for all these dopes to get to say "Saints won" through gritted teeth again next Monday. WHO DAT!!! |

Re: Pat Williams Interview
Yep, I hope our players are just "focused" and don't even listen to all of the b/s. I didn't like Cris Carter when he played, and I like him even less now! Seems to me that the ones who do all the smack talking (players) are the ones who end up eating their words in a big way. Keep talking Fat Pat!

Re: Pat Williams Interview
Pat must have a short memory. Reggie broke TWO punt returns on their sorry excuse for a special teams last year. If not for Gary Gibbs, we win that game going away.
