I think the translation is "hotdish". Not to be confused with "Hot Mamma"

Just a note on the whole Brett Favre thing.
As a Viking Fan, I have hated this guy for the last 150 years that he has played. It was a hard pill to swallow when he joined. But you've got to remember, we had Tarvaris f'n Jackson as our QB. Who would you take?

He does get alot of love from the media. In fact, it bothers me too. We have a good team. I do think that he has helped with the development of our WR. But I think the team deserves as much attention as Brett. I'm not saying we would be in the NFC Championship game without him, but we did get to the playoffs last year with two sub par QB's.

As far as running up the score in the dallas game, well, the 2 series before that was running the ball. We ran the ball on 4th down, when we were in field goal range. We started that with >5 min on the clock. Dallas started taking time outs. This was the Dallas Cowboys, you know, America's Team. I don't have a problem getting in the Cowboys face. What really would have been classless was taking knees in Victory formation with 5+ minutes on the clock. Then again.......it's Dallas.

Everybody's sceaming about the Vikes "running up the score." I didn't see any problem with the last touchdown. I think it was your coach Childress that said that its the offenses job to score touchdowns, it the defenses job to stop them. Dallas' defense couldn't stop the Vikes offense. Poor Dallas got their feelings hurt. Suck it up Dallas and shut the hell up. Just make sure you Vikes fans are not screaming when we run the score up on you. LOL

Here's to a good game on Sunday, and may the best Saints...uh, I mean best team win!!

That's an easy one. Just ask Sidney Rice...

Favre deserves a certain amount of attention. Although, your defense has won just as many games as your offense... Favre was brought in to get you over the hump, assuming that he's not over the hill.

Dallas... what more can I say other than you didn't run the score up enough! Look, if you don't want the other team to score - STOP THEM.

Welcome aboard and enjoy your week of debating here. There's a solid group of fans here who are passionate and love their team. It's really one of the best NFL cities in terms of support in the US.

We want this more than anyone and (even after dismantling the Cardinals) don't get near the credit we deserve - especially considering the amount of media attention that other teams get.

As a matter of fact, I'm listening to Colin Cowherd now, who just said that "the New Orleans Saints are the LEAST talented team left in the playoffs".

So, pardon us if we seem a somewhat "abrasive" this week.

I hate the Vikings- everyone of them. I hope we lay the smack down on ya'll. That said, you have a very good team, and this game will be hard, very hard to win, but damn I am glad we are not up in Minny.
