This week, I ask to be part of the Who Dat Nation.
Hello Saint fans! As you can tell by my username, I am a Packer fan. This week, I ask your permission to become part of the Who Dat Nation.
I have long appreciated the city of New Orleans, since I visited with my family. when I was 11. (I am now 21, and hope to be going down their again in March with my university to help build homes. I am very excited). I generally have a bad memory, but from my trip I remember the people of New Orleans to be very hospitable and kind. After such a great visit, I tried to catch as many Saint games as I could back home in Wisconsin. I remember watching Jeff Blake, Aaron Brooks, Willie Jackson, Horn, Knight etc. Fastforward to the mid 2000s. Although I wouldn't call myself a Saint "fan," after the Packers, I enjoy watching the Saints play the most. Brees, Bush etc on that turf make for exciting games. My good experience in New Orleans 11 years ago makes it easy to root for you guys. And so with that said, I would like to be part of the Who Dat nation this week, and possibly beyond. (Of course, it helps you are playing the Vikings. ). I truly hope the Saints can bring the people of New Orleans what the deserve - a Vince Lombardi Trophy. As a Packer fan who has been waiting 13 years for another title, here is some advice - savor this time. Bask in the glory of your teams success, and be proud of them, and be proud to be a SAINTS FAN, win or lose on Sunday. Because you never know when they will be back there again. Thats about all I have to say. For those of you going to the game, be LOUD. To those of you at home and at the bar, be loud as well. Remember why you became and why you remain a Saint fan. If it's true that good things come to those who wait, then the city of New Orleans shall be rewarded in a few weeks. Godspeed, Saints. |

I welcome you to the who dat nation. Some folks will be upset over the folks jumping on this late in the season but not me.
But you must practice hard this week. You got a lot of work to do to keep up with the rest of us |

You can be part of Whodat nation if you stop using terms like "Fastforward."
I have a cheesehead hat as my honorary Pack support, so get a beer and some gumbo, then you're in. |

One of my best friends is a die-hard Packer fan.
She asked me if she could be a temporary fan this week because she hates the Viqueens and Brent Favre. I gave her a week pass. |

Anyone who wants to be a Saints fan at any time is fine with me, not that you need my permission but you'll get no problem from this direction.
'And when God threw down his spear and heard the WhoDat Nation cheer. Did he smile, his work to see? Did he who made the lamb make Brees? (Apologies to William Blake) |

Who Freakin' Dat!!!
Welcome aboard. After that panzy last TD thrown by the Vikqueens in the game last week I bet the fans of 31 teams are jumping on the Saints bandwagon. And I can't blame them one bit. Glad to have them! |
