Whereas, the Saints D is ranked #25, not good at much except INT's. Most of those INT's came against inexperienced QB's Stafford, Sanchez, Freeman, Henne, and Ryan. Favre has protected the ball all year, so I don't think he's going to collapse against the Saints. I imagine the Saints will stick 8 in the box, like all other teams, so they can stop Peterson. So Rice or Berrian will be singled, which the Cowboys learned was stupid. Vikes live by "damn if you do... damn if you don't"... play the pass the run burns you... play the run and the pass burns you.

As I see it the Vikes Offense is not that far behind the Saints, whereas the Saints D is seriously lacking.

Please bring the excuses...
thats why they play the game!

Re: #1 O vs #6 D and #5 O vs #25 D Who wins?

let me throw something else out for you dorks to chew on

if the saints have the highest scoring defense in the league, doesnt that mean the offense didnt get to touch the ball after those TDs

so not only would our offense not touch the ball, Drews opportunities for TDs went down, our rushing opportunities for TDs went down, our time of possession went down despite our points going up

and most importantly.....OUR DEFENSE PLAYED MORE......our defense was on the field more than any other defense in the league because why? because our offense scored so easily and because our defense scored so easily

now eventually, a team is going to be able to move the ball on our defense because it would be on the field so much

i know its hard for vikings fans to understand something like that, but if you keep trying i know you can get it.....you guys are getting so smart....by the end of this week most of you will probably be able to read!!! im proud of you vikings fans

"deal with it or you can go play the saints and get trounced by 30 and you won't have to worry about it."-colin cowherd

lol. Sorry about that. I saw this guy's post and how condescending it sounded in my head, and I just couldn't let him get away with it without dropping some knowledge on him. I'll try to subdue my points a little so the wealth can be spread a bit more.

I don't know about the Saints but the Vikes LB's are responsible for smelling out those simple screens and if you have 2 TE's then we can double your WR's.... simple. Hopefully your SP has more.
