Who's Nervous?
Last week, I couldn't think or do anything other than read Saints or Cardinals, looking for clues as to what might come. On the record, it was as terrible a week as I've had being a fan.
While the interest is still at the same level, the anxiety is not nearly as great. Is this a bad sign? Are you having that same experience? Is there something I should be obsessing about or is the current feeling a response to a confidence that expectations might be met? Turnovers, Bushrod, Shockey whole, Ellis' health, and trick play blowups are what I'm worrying over, and that's SO much less than last week. Is there more? |

Re: Who's Nervous?
I have the opposite impression. We have momentum, destiny and the 12th man on our side.
Butterflies give you an edge, granted. They make you stay on your toes. Ask Cool Brees. They are known for fumblitis. We take the ball away and score on D. Try to focus on the positives. There are many. Mojo is on our side. Minneysooooota can't possibly tackle destiny, or this guy. Please punt it to Reg-gie!, Reg-gie!, Reg-gie!... Remember in 2008 when Reg-gie! nearly had THREE punt returns against MinneySooooota? |

No worries. We play our game and we win...period. I am anxious for it to start but my faith is in Payton, Williams, and the players so I'm not nervous.

Re: Who's Nervous?
I just want them to go in, focus, and conquer! Would be nice if it were a blowout, so that would take some of the "freak out" out of me while watching the game, anyway! I was telling my hubby this a.m. that to be able to get ready to watch a Superbowl, party, etc., and the Saints be actually IN IT, would just be unreal to me! We've never gotten to do it!

Re: Who's Nervous?
Not nervous at all. I am more eager than anything. The Saints have what it takes to win this game and just have to execute. I have confidence that they will be able to do just that.

Even Yoda is a Saints Fan.
The force is with us. There is no try. Do, or do not. Minneysooota can't tackle destiny. They do fumble a lot, however. |
