I sure bet all the teams that made it to the Super Bowl and lost (Cardinals, Seahawks, Chargers, even Falcons) will be inclined to cheer for the Saints.

Bolts, had this discussion with my friend last night. Do you think last night was the best non-Super Bowl playoff game since "The Game That No One Should Have Lost" in 1982 between Chargers and Dolphins? I gotta say it could be.

Oh you'd better believe it! CONGRATS SAINTS! If my black and gold can't win it all, I can't think of a better team to root for! I don't know anyone here in Pittsburgh rooting for the freakin Manning Colts, cause let's face it, that's all they got! Their fans are the most arrogant, obnoxious fans, and for what I have no idea, 1 SB I guess, whoopie! They ain't getting a second though. We'll be waving our Terrible Towels for the Saints! Overall bro, I would say that most of the world doesn't think we have a chance in hades, of winning this game. Some people are saying, "they have the ability to win, but I don't go against Manning." Which is really just a sideways way, of saying, "The Colts are going to win, but if the Saints win, then I can say that I wanted them to win all along."

I actually think the Saints will win with a score like 37-31, and the game will probably hinge on one key turnover late in the game. Either an INT or a fumble. Just a feeling. The Saints can point with the Colts, and it should be back and forth lead-changing throughout the game.

The advantage goes to the Saints better ground game, but I think your defense will be bedeviled by the Colts screens and slants. Your key players will be your safeties, and Vilma has to keep up with Manning's pre-snap adjustments by barking out his own line changes.

San Diego has been competitive with Indy in the past by doing just that. Our defensive captain, ILB Stephen Cooper, would counterpoint every adjustment Manning made at the line of scrimmage. Sometimes his adjustments were dummy calls (no actual line adjustment made) but it seems to work very well for the Chargers. We also kept one linebacker (Shaun Phillips) as a spy on Dallas Clark, but admittedly the Chargers have not played the current Colts offense that makes great use of Collie and Garcon.
