My understanding is that the billboard only happens when it suppose to happen by matching the team with the most vote with that team also winning its conference championship game. With the Vikings loss yesterday, the billboard rights go to the winner of next season's competition.

FYI - With the addition of the Saints Tempt Destiny billboard this thing is now 4-for-4!

... and we are now in 2nd place for next season's Tempt Destiny billboard.
