Got this email from my girlfriend, who is a Jets fan no less, about a billboard competition which started yesterday for all the playoff fans. They will do a "tempt destiny" billboard for the team with the most votes if that team also wins its championship game tomorrow.

The story goes, EACH TIME they do this, the team on it goes on to win the Super Bowl, a 3-for-3 track record. No lie, this s#!t is for real.

Anyway, I am still reading about it and not quite sure how this unlimited voting period thing works. What they are saying is that Saints fans can vote as much as they like from 9-12 a.m. today!

Our vote total this morning started at:

Saints - 32,247 votes

Well I just don't know how we can close the gap because I am seeing a HUGE gap just now:

COLTS 46494 7%
JETS 48333 8%
SAINTS 34122 5%
VIKINGS 64068 10%

It will automatically vote for the Saints, then hit your browers refresh/back button like crazy! We (girlfriend and some buddies) just racked up over 7,000 votes in about 45 minuets! We are almost at 40,000 votes and at this rate could hit 55,000 - 60,000 by noon!

CORRECTION we are about to hit the 60,000 vote mark!

The Vikings have 64,068 votes and at the rate we are going we should pass them by noon!
