Emotionally Draining
I dont post much but I felt like I had to after this game. I dont know about you guys but that game was emotionally draining for me. I am in Iraq and the game aired live at 2:30 am and ended around 6:30am and went strait to work from there. So right about now Im running on fumes. And during that time I expierenced every emotion possible. Anger, happiness, RAGE, a broken remote and ended with tears of joy. Been a Saints fan every second of my 28 years. And I must admit I was bracing myself for another letdown. I love this team man and I have not stopped smiling since I saw that ball clear the uprights. Ive enjoyed posting on here and reading what everyone has to say about OUR TEAM. Only the true fans know the impact this team has on our lives. ESPN can report about it but we live it. We have felt all the kicks in the gut, all the letdowns, all the bad drafts, 3-13 seasons, the 8-8 and 9-7 missing the playoff seasons, the string of terrible QBs, the not going after big names in free agency. And now we as fans expierence what we all have been waiting for. The Super Bowl and the chance to erase our terrible past and make our mark in history. Its our year, our time. Who Dat

Yeah I agree man, alot of emotions but it was great though an since it went to OT it made it that more satisfying to win it

Man, keep smiling! I know I am! And yes, last night I was so worn out after that game......I couldn't even watch the last kick.....couldn't take it! (I did watch it replay, though)!
