Re: The three Texans!!
I've lived in Upper Mexico... in Austin, Dallas and Houston.
Texicans are all right by me. I met about three dozen Boomhauer's. They all had pick em up trucks. Move to Austin! |

Re: The three Texans!!
Ok, I'm a Louisianian transplanted to Texas, but I had to convert my hubby to Saint Fanism as he was born and raised in Texas, and played his college football at Colorado. It took a year or two, but now he is as obsessed as I am! But it is good to know that the Saints have some awesome Texas products.....makes me feel a little better about living here!

Re: The three Texans!!
It does take a little while to adjust to Texas when you leave God's Country but it's not bad here. They still don't know how to boil seafood and cook a gumbo but they are trying. I've converted some people here to become Saints fans and it will only take a couple more seasons of not going to the playoffs and there will be a lot more Texan fans jumping ship.

Re: The three Texans!!
Yep, I have to make gumbos or etoufee's or something authentic everytime we have company over for a game! Hubby has already hit me up for chicken and sausage gumbo for the Superbowl game. (His favorite)! The problem is....he loves to brag on my gumbo, and ends up inviting the whole neighborhood.....which makes for a long day in the kitchen for me! (Hate to tell him, but since MY guys are playing in this one...kitchen hours are very limited)!
