Well that's what I thought. I believed that if there was a backside pursuit, the quarterback had a right to block the pursuing player and so the pursuing player had a right to meet that block. He should have got out of the way if he wanted no part of it. Remember when we played the Cardinals and, I think it was Berry please feel free to correct me, a defensive lineman hit Brees low and in the knee which could have broke his leg. This was well after the ball was thrown. Could have ended his season or worse. What did Brees do? Get up, walk around for a bit then get on with it. Did he *****? No. When Sanchez cut Vilma when Sharper was returning the interception, was a flag thrown? I wish the whiners would just take a moment to listen to themselves. How embarrassing you all are.
