Re: Joe Horn Interview
Am I remembering things wrong, or didn't Joe have a choice of taking a pay cut, and staying with the team, but he instead signed with our mortal enemies, the Falcons? He goes there, has two terrible seasons, tries out for other teams, but no one wants him, and NOW, that the team is going to the superbowl, he wants to be recognized as a Saint? I have no problem with that Joe. All I want is a public apology, for basically turning your back on us, and going to one of our biggest rivals. You do that, then you can retire as a Saint, but in my mind, YOU left us, not the other way around.

Re: Joe Horn Interview
Joe Horn threw everyone under the bus as he left NO for Atlanta. Two consecutive seasons hobbled by a persistent serious groin injury and he demanded #1 money despite not being healthy enough to sign a contract. The Saints tried to do right by him give the circumstances, and...
It is all about Joe. Notice that he makes his home in Atlanta. Not NO. How gullible do you think he thinks we are. Clearly the author of the piece was born yesterday. |

I don't blame any player for moving and raking in the cash. Heck, as much of a diehard Saints fan that I am you can go ahead a pay me $1m and I'll play for the stinking Falclowns. I don't have a problem with that. He was the best receiver the Saints had for a number of years. That's what I'll remember him for. |

Re: Joe Horn Interview
I wonder if he left his cell phone in the goal post padding?
:p |
Re: Joe Horn Interview
Joe is ignored because of how he chose to run his mouth after leaving. He should have shut up. Joe had a few good seasons here, but I also remember him 2-3 times holding out for more money. I take what he says with a grain of salt.

Re: Joe Horn Interview
oh pleaseeeeeeeee!
Joe blowya Horn has already admitted that he had an offer to stay with the Saints but he wanted mo money and the front office said No sorry. So he left in a huff with a '"i'll show you attitude" but he never did jack ^%*# and now that his career is over he wants to be embraced by the Saints and be recognized like Deuce during this historic Super Bowl run. And now to come up with this crap as if 'Joe Horn' is the sole reason the Saints didn't leave New Orleans, unbelievable. I think Joe has a future in politics. |
