Saints fans snap up Florida hotel rooms; Colts fans disappoint hoteliers

Well, you gotta love a story, about a bunch of price gouging, money grubbers, and their inabilities to rent out overpriced rooms. I'm tearing up, thinking about these guys, and their millions of dollars, and not being able to sell out all of their rooms.

The Superbowl, USED to be about the game, and the fans of the teams. Now it's about celebrities in attendance, the commercials, and the half time show. It's sad really. I wish there was a way to record the game successfully, without any of the other E! garbage involved.

Well I was one of those 1 in 10 Colts fans down in South Beach for the Colts/Bears superbowl. Luckily my friend's dad has a condo on the Gulf in Venice, Florida and we stayed there and then drove to Miami for the game. We went to South Beach Saturday night and then made his wife drive back to Venice. Pretty far drive, but better than paying those ass raping hotel prices! Easy drive back across aligator alley Sunday for the late afternoon game. The rained sucked!! Friend didn't enjoy the ride back to Venice, as the poor fool was a Bears fan!!! hahaha
