Let me be honest...I'm am not driving all the way from Houston to be on the edge of the Quarter...I want to be at GROUND ZERO! I want to be instantaneously vaporized when the WhoDat Nation explodes. I've spoken to Mike...The Inn on Bourbon has no cover charge and decent menu but a GREAT location at Bourbon and Toulouse. I know skymike and kasimo want to see Barkus...OK, cute puppies in funny outfits...been there...I want to be there and watch that for which I have waited 43 years. BLACK AND GOLD to the SUPERBOWL...Look if I thought it was pratical I would say let's go to Deanie's...but at $125 a head that is a lot for folks on a budget.
My second choice would be Broussard's for $50 a head. I can't only think about me...I want all of us to be able to be together without feeling the pinch. Your thoughts?
