Senior Bowl

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Graham MVP... with the way he's been performing all week to go along with the game, too bad he won't be there for us. He would have made a nice addition replacing Grant....

Re: Senior Bowl

We need 4 DT's and 2 LB's. What are the options?

Sean Weatherspoon mentioned thet he could play outside. He has a huge mouth though. Lamar Houston looked pretty good inside as did Dan Williams. They will most likely both be gone though.

I'm just glad a LA Tech guy was there. I've been watching D'Anthony Smith all year. I think he would be a solid mid- to late round pick-up. He has a non-stop motor and pretty good burst on the pass rush.

Yeah he looked pretty solid. Didn't really see any amazing plays from him but he seemed to keep his ground.

Other standout D-linemen to me were Geno Atkins from Georgia and Tyson Alualu from Cal. Either could be available at the #32 spot.

On offense Jacoby Ford from Clemson and Jeremy Williams form Tulane looked solid catching the ball. LeGarrette Blount from Oregon was easily the best back and of course Mardy Gilyard from Cincy was the MVP of the game.

Tebow stunk it up. I don't like his upside at all. The QBs who were slightly impressive was LeFevour from Central Michigan and Zac Robinson from OK State. I think those two are the best of the senior class with Pike close on their heels.

One thing I learned from drinking. You should always go Christmas caroling with a group. Oh, and always in mid-December.

Re: Senior Bowl

I'm going with Defensive End. Grant needs to go. He's too slow, and not living up to that contract. From their, on needs, I go DT, DB, and then RB. Considering Bush might not be here next year.

Re: Senior Bowl

I think Tebow should switch to tight end. He's got the size, and the running ability. Fullback maybe too, but he might be too big for that.
