Article:Indy Media really worried about Freeny

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Still don't trust them. Seems some of them maybe OVER-REPORT on an injury, and then have a miraculous last minute healing just before the game....

Did you guys SEE the ankle? It looked like he had big ring under the skin, around his ankle. I understand wanting to play in the superbowl, but does he really want to chance messing himself up to a worse degree? One thing I know about sprains, is that it makes it even easier to break. Imagine how long it would take to recover from an ankle break. I just think he should sit. He has the rest of his career to play, and with the way the Colts fans are talking, they don't need him anyway.

He will play but he will be limited also. An injury like that will prevent him form making quick turns & should cut down on his speed.

I remember I had a bad sprain once. I walked on crutches for a month, and my ankle turned blue, purple, green, and black! Just knew it was broken, but it wasn't. But there are a lot of varying degrees of sprains!
