The only reason some franchises are allways in the hunt and some aren't is because the organisation is determined to stay ahead of the pack. The most important part of the of course team is the coaching staff but even the best coach needs the support of an aggressive and talented organisation.

I think the Saints have the coaches but I wonder about the rest organisation. You just don't see the team picking up the free agents that we fans drool about during the offseason. Yet it seems like every time I check up on the team they've lost another star.
