Over a week later and....

....I still can't believe our team is going to play in the Super Bowl.

Sorry I haven't been on here for a while. Wrapping up this little trip I'm on.

I was able to see the NFC Championship game, on the verge of diharrea and bitting my finger nails to the quick, bouncing my legs up an down at mach two speed..... which helped to almost give me a heart attack when T.P. INT Favre!

I couldn't be more prouder to be a fan.....it has finally happened!

Great to see all the people who did the dance for Buddy D! Very cool, and if any of you did it, a big thumbs up from the Sapper!

Anyway, sorry to bring up week old news... just happy y'all!

WHO FREAKIN DAT BABY!!!!

I'm not sure that it has fully sunk in on me yet. I'm probably still in shock. Earlier I allowed myself a moment of glee, but I shut it down and got back to sending my mojo to the team.

Re: Over a week later and....

I still havent really realized it, Sapper. I didnt want to go to sleep after the NFC Championship. I dont think I slept 4 hours, then I wanted to get up and watch it on tv again, and see what was happening. I find myself turning on ESPN, checking here, checking WWL--- we can get it at night here. And sometimes I even turn on lame-ass houston sports radio stations, which insist on talking about the texans- even though the Texans are over. There must be 100,000 Saints fans in Houston, but they wont recognize us. Channel 11 did do a feature last night on the news about my group of Hou-DAts that meets at Woodrows sports bar. Also Channel 13 did the Who-DAt NFL controversy story last night.

Are you back from the desert yet?

I'm still having a hard time accepting reality. I keep thinking this is a dream. It's getting more real as the week goes on, but I never thought I would see this day in my lifetime!

It's a great year to be a Saints fan! WHO DAT!

Reality hasn't really hit me either. I've actually been a little down lately. (Unrelated to football.)

It finally sunk in for me after a few CR and coke drinks last night. It was such a wonderful feeling.

But I forgot the feeling again when I recovered.

Can you imagine what it will feel like if we win? Or, when we win?
