Tue, 16 Sep 2003 06:49:20 -0700 Joe Flanagan, of BTI Sports, has confirmed to KFFL the New Orleans Saints will have free agent Rally Rat in for a workout Tuesday, Sept. 16. The Saints predict that he can play Qb,Safety and possibly Defensive Line. There was no comment from the Rat.If signed,expect a multi-yeared deal worth all the cheese.
