Good luck from the UK.
Hi everyone,
Firstly, congratulations on a great season and good luck in the Super Bowl. The main reason I joined this forum is beacause - I’ve been following the NFL for a few years now, but I’ve yet to find “My Team”, the team whose performance can make or break my weekend, the team I will follow win or lose, through the ups and the downs, and with the Superbowl this weekend and football fever at its highest, I think now is about time I found that team. Why I am telling you this? Well, to be honest, I need your help. I’m not one for just picking a random team and supporting them, I want a team I can connect with, a team I can support for the rest of my days and I need a good reason to support “My Team”. This is where you can help me; I want to know why I should support your team? And why are you so passionate about them? For more info check out: http://www.ashread.com/find-my-nfl-t...d-my-nfl-team/ I'd love to hear your thoughts on why I should support the Saints? Thanks, Ash. |

Thanks for the well wishes Ash. But sorry, if you can't understand why the Saints are the most exciting and fun franchise in the NFL, you may as well buy a Lions cap.

I've always wanted to visit New Orleans so that may give the Saints an advantage.. |

Re: Good luck from the UK.
Saints: Best players, best fans, best city, best food, most fun fan base, most DIE-HARD fans, best colors, best music, Drew Brees (classiest, most exciting QB in the league), Sean Peyton (best coach), Greg Williams, (another best coach)....I could go on and on, but you really have to have 'em in your hearts to be a true Saints fan. I've been bleeding black and gold for almost 30 years, so it's sort of like an addiction. Good luck getting there, because once you go Saints...you won't ever go back!

We don't beg people to be fans...people beg to be part of the whodat nation.

I was born and raised in Who Dat country, so I'm biased. But the community service that almost all of our players do is a good reason to get behind them.

If you are willing to be a fan forever then you'll learn why it's emotional when the Saints play real quick. Just get involved.

Ash, what country are you from exactly? Maybe I can relate a soccer team with ya? i like soccer...but I love the saints. baseball, basketball...nothing compares. The passion is something more than just a choice....its something you just "get" from watching how a team who may not be as good as other teams...but still never gives up. until 1987, we have never had a winning season, until haslett, we have never won a playoff game, and until this year, we have never made a playoff appearance. even if we lose, i will love our saints more. its just one more stepping stone until we win next time we show. UK...is that Britain?
