I like thinking about Drew sitting in his office at home working on more clever motivational techniques to challenge his team and Payton. He will be ready to be the leader of a Superbowl team again when he gets to OTA's and Training camp. I also believe that the team will lose several components to FA, but Drew will find away to keep the locker room chemistry in place.
