I was impressed with the man. It was the first time I've seen him interviewed. It was easy to see that he loved his kids and wanted to give them a good life. He has been another great addition by our FO.

I agree. He did a pretty nice job representing, although you could see him get a little hot under-the-collar when the tougher questions started coming.
