Trade Idea

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Jamaal Brown and our 1st for Buffalos #9 overall pick and select Rolando Mcclain. Mcclain is gonna be better than P-Willy one day and i personally think he will be better as an OLB than a MLB...

actually might not be enough... a perinally injured player and 32nd pick for number 9 pick might not get it done ... but i will say the more tide players in black and gold the better. Mcclain is a heady player.

Re: Trade Idea

If he's as good as Patrick Willis, he won't be around for the 9th pick.

Re: Trade Idea

If we decide to trade JB then this is certainly a viable option.

Re: Trade Idea

He is an all-pro LT....while i agree we can get something for him, i think giving up him AND a 1st round (32) is alot...that 32 spot is a good one to be in.....alot of people may want to move back into the 1st to pick up a player that has fallen

Tampa Bay, Kansas City have two 2nd rounders
New England has 3

good point ... a first rounder should be enough. It would be great to own two first round picks!

Re: Trade Idea

Why so high? Some great talent in the first this year. I say go mid range say

14. Seattle- Derrick Morgan, DE, Georgia Tech

The best pure 4-3 DE in the draft? Stop the run equally as rush the passer.

Swap 32 for 14 ( trade value:510)

Part 2 swap 40 for 64 (trade value:220)

40) Seattle Seahawks – Lamarr Houston, DT, Texas
