New Orleans Saints have signed fullback Zak Keasey
Doug Tatum, The Times-Picayune-The New Orleans Saints have signed fullback Zak Keasey, formerly of the San Francisco 49ers, to a 1-year contract, Keasey's agent, Glenn Schwartzman, confirmed. The deal was inked Monday.
The Saints have not updated their roster with Keasey or listed the transaction on the team's web site. We will be reaching out to the team for confirmation and comment and will update NOLA.com. The 6-foot, 235-pounder is a Princeton graduate who played for Washington in 2005 and for the 49ers in 2007 and 2008. He did not play last season.
