He shows up three-four years ago, changes the culture of forty plus years of the same-ole-saints, wins a Superbowl, and we're grading him?!?

Has he been perfect? F-know...

But I geaux to war with 'em...

There is only one answer after the end of 4 years: A+. Cannot be anything else. He worked his way through the years, seemingly making a critical error here or there; but he worked with FO to get the tools he assessed as necessary and then got the players to execute.
Further, Payton is a genius, a computer. On the balance of odds, weighing up the benefits of success against the cost of failure; almost every single call was perfect.
