Re: Panthers Released Jake!
Jake's got bad mojo. Some of those two-a-game-by-average INTs might rub off on the team. Is Leaf out of jail yet? I'd take him over the interception machine at this point.

Wow, Leaf? Until you said that I thought you were saying no to Jake becuase you really thought he would not work out. Now I know you have a hatered for him. Give me Jake over Brunell any day. I still say draft Pike in the 3rd/4th and let them fight for the backup roll. What could it hurt?

Re: Panthers Released Jake!
I still think Jake was a victim of the system. One receiver and a team built on defense and conservative playcalling. Fox can call a game to manage it but not to win it.

I don't hate Jake, but this guy was never as good as his billing. |

Re: Panthers Released Jake!
LMAO @ all who say Brooks is better than Delhomme. Tim Tebow can throw better than Brooks!! I would certainly welcome Delhomme as a backup. He's better than Brunell in my book. And somebody said only reason he was good was because of Steve Smith. Well we got Colston, Bush, Shockey, Meachum, Moore??, and Henderson. I'll that the Saints collective committee over Steve Smith although Smith is a BEAST!!
