Saints give low tender to RB Bell: The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports that the Saints have given the 'right of first refusal' tender to RB Mike Bell, the lowest possible tender available to free agents. The Saints can match another team's offer for Bell if they so choose, but they receive no compensation if they opt not to match.

Horrible scenario for us, we would look like A-holes to other players in the league and newcomers low-ballin our players after they were directly responsible for us getting Rings..

Bell did well as a role player in the best offense in the NFL. I like Bell, I like the way he runs, but he's not going to make or break the Saints, either on the field, or in the Saints' ability to sign future players.
