B_Dub, you need a tv show--- you have the energy and mojo, dude!
Obviously, the video, and every picture we took was much darker than it actually was, and none of them, really capture just how tight, how packed the crowd was. I've been to N.O. a jillion X, but never felt anything like that. It actually got kind iffy at some points, as one of my friends got swept away in the current out to Canal St. There were points where I thought we were going to die, and I thought, "Perfect, the Saints win the Super Bowl, and we're about to die-- sounds about right." Of course, as Im pondering my imminent demise, at one point, there jiggled some of the lovliest, most youthful bosoms I have ever seen on a balcony above, and nothing--- not my own beautiful young wife hanging on behind me, not my pure love of the Saints, nor my own impending death could tear my eyes away, which says much about my addictions. |
