Damn it, Bones, you're a doctor. You know that pain and guilt can't be taken away with a wave of a magic wand. They're the things we carry with us, the things that make us who we are. If we lose them, we lose ourselves. I don't want my pain taken away! I need my pain!

Woah - I loved Gil Fennerty.

How about this one (& what ever happened to this guy??) a first round BUST - Vaughn Dunbar

OR - Ricky Williams (a bust for everything we had to give up!!)

I liked Fred Thomas. Playing with that club on his hand sticks out the most for me. His last couple of years were pretty rough but he played well for a while before that.

Top on the list for me is Sullivan. Two 1st rounders for him is one thing but the dang buffet line ordeal was the salt in the wound. The man must not have any pride.

Erxleben would be after Sully but part of that equation is the Saints for selecting him in the first round. Poor guy was set up for failure. Those kickers have fragile egos.

I agree with Rickey Williams. He may not have been the worst player, but he’s definitely one of the worst disappointments.

While we're talking about Ricky, you have to include the man who Gave up the entire draft for that bust - Ditka. What a waste, the both of them.

A quick one that many will not agree with - Eric Allen. Picked up Saints $$$$$ and did not deliver.

How about these, Danny Wuerfel, John Fourcade, & Steve Wabash. Three more QB's that never amounted to anything. Oh and Ken Stabler too. He was washed up by the time he came to us. I will always hate Bum Phillips for trading Archie off for him.
