Dunlap at number 1?

I'm thinking we may trade up for that coveted DT, DE or OLB.

This also...i just dont think we stay at 32..we either go up or down...lol

i agree.....the saints arent really the trade back type

Our payroll is reaching it's max but the nucleus of the team is intact.
Trading back for more picks doesn't sound like a good plan.

Trading up does. Why? BC Our defense could be shored-up with a weatherspoon type player.

We've proven before that we'll trade up for the guy we WANT.

We traded back a few years ago-- I think it was the Usama pick

If we think we can still get a stong defender 7-8 picks down the line, then yes, trade back.

Realistically you could put 10 guys in a hat and have as good a chance at guessing the 32nd pick. Who knows who will move in the next 3 weeks? Yahoo had side-by side mocks- one had Mays at #10, the other at 22.
