Mock Draft
Before i start, i am not part of the gator nation nor am i a big florida fan.
Round 1: No. 32 overall- Carlos Dunlap Dunlap is a solid pick, yeah hes had behavior problems but dont forget hes still young. Weighing in over 270 running a 4.5 at 6'6, Hmmmmm and he's from the SEC Round 2: No. 64 overall- Navorro Bowman OLB- Penn State The depth at OLB in this years draft is low and with fujita gone we dont really have a choice Round 3: No. 95 overall- Major Wright FS-Florida With all the Sharper ? going on i dont see him going any where else but hes not going to stay for very long. Maybe a 2 YR deal will get done, maybe not. If I was in charge of making the pick i would choose the very underrated ballhawk from Florida. Round 4: No. 130 overall- Danario Alexander WR- Missouri This pick is a throw up, I know we need to focus on D and get another RB but we still dont have a solid # 2 reciever and Alexander will be a solid # 1 reciever one day Round 6: No. 201 overall- Mike Neal DT- Purdue Round 7: No. 239 overall- Keiland Williams LSU- RB |

does playing in the SEC automatically make you a home run in the pros? dunlap shouldnt be our pick.....hes a 2nd round DE would rather have bowman be our first round pick because i know he wont be available when we pick in the 2nd round and i hope we address our terrible run defense before the 6th round |

Re: Mock Draft
Round 1: Everson Griffin DE
6'4" 273 lbs 4.65 40 32 reps None of the off the field problems of Dunlap. Better choice. Round 2: Brandon Ghee CB 6'0" 192 lbs 4.37 40 19 reps Randall Gay makes too much money and seems older than he is. Plus, half of our draft was from Wake Forest last year. We have to get at least one this year. Round 3: Eric Olsen C 6'4" 306 lbs 5.25 40 35 reps Jonathan Goodwin is playing pretty well right now but is older and would have to be replaced soon rather than later. Round 4: Linval Joseph DT 6'5" 328 lbs 5.09 40 39 reps We need help in the middle. Round 6: Brandon Spikes LB With his terrible 40 time could fall into the 6th round. All he did was make plays at Florida. Not very often you can draft a kid in the 6th round that could come in and win a starting job. Round 7: Someone posted an article on here recently that I can't find about an O-lineman who's had some trouble but looks great. Wish I could remember the name, but THAT GUY! |
