Re: Marion the Barbarian on the trade block
id love to see the barbarian in black and gold. thomas, barber and bush woud be a deadly for defenses to handle. imo hes greater than fargas and hamilton put together. but yeah he'll probably be too expensive

Re: Marion the Barbarian on the trade block
Loomis has shown that he will come off the money.......just not very often. If the price is right I would like it.

Re: Marion the Barbarian on the trade block
I feel Barber would fit in nice, but not so nice as to giving up draft picks. Unless the Cowboys only want a late rounder, which is doubtful. The Saints are in a situation that their draft picks for this year are just too valuable. Free agency for the Saints is pretty much dead in the water, need to use these draft picks to address too many needs, and RB isn't really one of them right now.

Re: Marion the Barbarian on the trade block
barber is a m. bell type runner hard nosed, often has injuries. its what payton thinks and i'm sure he's to high priced for the saints.

Re: Marion the Barbarian on the trade block
Not on the trade block

Re: Marion the Barbarian on the trade block
No bueno, amigo! I think Hamilton will pick up the slack.

Re: Marion the Barbarian on the trade block
I would take Barber in a HEARTBEAT!! He is better than Bell and Hamilton combined. This dude would solidify our running game.

Re: Marion the Barbarian on the trade block
Again - the New Orleans Saints are up against the cap as it is. Where, exactly is all this money coming from??
We still have FA's to sign and draftees to possibly sign. |
Re: Marion the Barbarian on the trade block
Theirs no cap. Plus he's not on the trade block.
|
Re: Marion the Barbarian on the trade block
cap will come back. no doubt. Barber would be sweet but next year it would be a nightmare, cap wise.
