Re: Mcown or Ramsey?
No. I actually think Colt McCoy will go near the end of the first round. Which brings up the point that the Saints are in an excellent position to acquire additional picks, and still draft who they want (Hughes, I believe), by trading out of 32, with a team who wants to move up to get McCoy the first day, and is afraid that someone will get him ahead of them on Day 2.

Re: Mcown or Ramsey?
I'm not sure which one would pan out better in Payton's offense and be able to fit best. Personally, I don't like the idea of my back up QB being a player that was just on the practice squad and who was cut a couple of times last year.... if I remember correctly. He may not be ready to carry that weight just yet. I don't necessarily believe that we need a replacement for Brunell. We need a QB with NFL experience that can be available while the team decides if Daniels can be the man. I can't think of another available veteran QB that is actually better than Brunell, and he's been very good handling the snap for kicks. I'm sure that whoever Payton decides to back up Drew will do just fine.

Neitehr...they both stink. I'd rather run a single wing with Reggie.
