Well, I say if he can be acquired by a 3rd this year and 2nd next yes!. He's a Beast, Ronnie Brown would actually add to the offense not replicate what another player offers,That said Reggie Bush may or may not be here next season so adding ronnie brown to the mix would be solid. I'm not a much of a fan of Gerhart, Not impressed, Standford had an above avergae Oline in size so big bodies have been known to do wonders. I wish him a long and healthy career, but I'd pass if we were to use a 2nd pick on him i'd rather use that 2 on Ronnie Brown,a 3rd and 2011 2nd is fair hell Santonio Holmes is a Jet for a 5th so why not just a 3rd straight up and cash send Adrian Arrington out to miami to make the pot sweeter.

stanford had a great offensive line they didnt have a good QB or receivers.....but they had a great offensive line the only thing toby gerhart should get a ton of credit for is the fact that he held up without getting injured after carryin the ball so many times gerhart is talented.....but can he put up the same kind of production without that many carries? without that good of an offensive line? probably not |
