Re: Chris Reis resigned
Re-signed.... You make us nervous when the hyphen is not used. LOL
"Reis, a 6-foot-1, 215-pound safety, signed the Saints originally as a free agent in January 2007. He has played in 44 games the past three seasons, coming through with 46 tackles on special teams. His biggest moment came in Super Bowl XLIV when he first came up with the onside kick recovery to begin the second half." Thats a damn good stat...46 tackles in 44 games on special teams! |

Re: Chris Reis re-signed
Wasn't Casillas credited with that onside kick recovery?

Re: Chris Reis re-signed
Could be but it was Reis who fought in the trenches and came up with the ball.
The other team called that dirty pool. What a bunch of Purple douchebag pansies. |

Re: Chris Reis re-signed
Reis ended up getting the credit for it. At one point, Casillas was mentioned. But I am pretty sure the credit ended up going to Reis. It certainly was his ball anyway.

Re: Chris Reis re-signed
i remember the last thing i saw before the pile up. it was cris that had his hand on the ball but he was laying flat on his back with men storming all around and piling on top. then thats when all the angels in heaven came down and gently put the ball back in cris's hand coming out of the pile. you like millions of others at that same moment saw the horror that the ball was not going to be in the saints favor, no way in hell were we going to let the dolts have it. angel's and saints the next big film coming out soon. actually it were kendra's husband that shot in there after his dish-pan hands muffed the on-sider and put the ball on cris's side. thank's hank.
